There are lots of great optics out there and we’ve used many of them (we probably own 100 scopes between the 3 of us). While there are some optics that warrant the high price tag (and we’ll use them when it makes sense), we have been super impressed with the Arken offerings. We’ve spent hours watching and reading reviews but more importantly testing scopes side by side and in more than one case the less expensive Arken has been on par with scopes 2-3x the cost. For custom builds we’ll always have a conversation about optics but for many of our “off the shelf” or pre-built custom guns we’ll use what we’d spend our own money on. We also like to try out scopes that have newer tech so you’ll see others like Pard and Burris in some of our builds. Bottom line the old adage about spending as much on the optic as you do on the gun doesn’t really apply anymore (least not in most cases).

Yes we sell NFA items! We have a variety of sources so if you have something specific in mind call or e-mail and we’ll let you know what the cost would be. We will make a suppressor recommendation with all custom firearm packages as well! If you have already set up a trust for your NFA items the process is very straightforward and generally quick (1-3 business days). For those who don’t have a trust we will help you through the process of completing and submitting the paperwork which ranges from 2-8 weeks depending on the ATF turnaround time (has been much shorter lately).

While it’s pretty rare to go through the process and end up with something you don’t like, we know that things happen and that’s part of conducting this type of business. If you decide within 30 days of shipping that you would like to return your firearm we will take it back. We offer either a 100% credit for the firearm/accessories/services (excluding shipping and FFL fees) towards another custom firearm OR a full refund minus a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping and FFL fees). Please note this does not apply to “off the shelf” new or used firearms this is only for custom firearms. For “off the shelf” firearms, accessories and ammunition we have a no return policy which is consistent with the majority of firearms retailers.
